Home and Community Support Services (HCS)

EverComfort Home Care provides comprehensive Home and Community Support Services (HCS) for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services are designed to support individuals in living independently in their own homes and communities while receiving the assistance they need to thrive.

All services are person-centered, meaning they are tailored to each individual's unique goals, preferences, and needs. We work closely with individuals, families, and service coordinators to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Personal Care & Support

We provide assistance with activities of daily living to help individuals maintain their health, safety, and personal well-being.

Services Include:

  • Assistance with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Support with dressing and clothing selection
  • Meal preparation and assistance with eating
  • Medication reminders and health monitoring
  • Mobility assistance and transfers
  • Light housekeeping and home maintenance
  • Laundry and clothing care

Our staff are trained to provide respectful, dignified assistance that promotes independence and personal choice.

Community Integration & Participation

We support individuals in actively participating in their communities and building meaningful relationships.

Services Include:

Behavioral Support Services

Eligibility & Enrollment

Our services are available to adults (age 18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are enrolled in the Texas Medicaid Home and Community-based Services (HCS) waiver program.

To get started:

  • Request EverComfort Home Care as your service provider
  • We'll work with you and your coordinator to develop a personalized service plan
